Today I began decking the halls. This is my favorite time of year and I go wild with decor. With my mother being an interior designer, I can always remember our home being dressed to the nines. Every year a new theme, even to this day! I am looking forward to seeing what she has done this year with Purple and Gold. This year my focus is on the sparkle and glamour of a simple Holiday. Black, White, Tan, Silver, Gold and Red, these are the colors I am using. In an effort to be a little more green this season, I am using newspaper to wrap all of my gifts. Dressing them up with so cool ribbon I've collected over the years. Man I'm excited. As I mentioned before, I want to have a Holiday Celebration. I am going really try hard to make that happen. The photo above is from last year. Our home was featured in the Killeen Daily Herald for the decor. Our theme was The Nutcracker in Progress. I hope you enjoy!
